I have a Remington 700 that I have done the Bryant magazine conversion on which feeds the 6 BR flawlessly. My question is, will it feed a 6 or 22 Dasher as well with the 40 degree shoulder? I am thinking of having a 22 Dasher barrel chambered for a switch barrel on this rifle. The barrel is 1 in 14 so varmint weight bullets would be loaded. Any help would be appreciated.

I've got several 22 and 6 Dashers set up as repeaters. I've been wanting to do the conversions but haven't got around to it yet. I just load the rounds somewhere in the middle of the magazine and, as long as you work the bolt fairly fast, there's been no feeding issues. When you call in 2 or 3 coyotes at a time, working the bolt slow is not a problem.....

Thanks alf. The rifle will be used mainly for calling and predator hunting in general. Feeding problems would make me consider another cartridge. There is a lot to like about the case design of the Dashers. Again, thanks for the input. You have a pm.
