With the 30br doing so well I can't help but think that a 7mm or 30 dasher would be even better. Anyone tried one of these out? Sounds like more of a good thing to me! Gotta go with custom reamer / dies anyway. Thoughts??

The 30 was built for ONE purpose -- tiny groups and high scores to 300yds with light bullets and fast powder.

it is not meant to be a LR round, though it will hold its own to 600yds with calm conditions.

sounds like you are after a LR round here -- not gonna happen with the rounds you mentioned

both will bog down with heavier bullets, and there arent any light bullets for the 7mm that i know of.

the 6.5 dasher is about as much performane that you can squeeze out of the little case IMO.

even then, you need i high BD mid weight bullet, like the 130 JLK made for the 6.5 grendel.

YMMV,
JB
