Bill Shehane uses a turned neck on this BRBS wildcat of his. He has a special method--he turns the neck just down to where the new shoulder will be. That way he avoids the process of forming a false shoulder.

Otherwise the basic principle is the same as forming Dasher, 6 UBL or BRX brass. Create false shoulder with .257 or .264 expander, size down the top half of the neck, seat into the lands. Fire-form with a full load.
