the answers are actually difficult to give, ill explain why.

I will use whatever bullet weight that best suits the rifle. According to popular testing, this should be around 90g to 105g. I am not restricted here at all. As for rifle weight, here in France our 200m BR comps are not as popular nor as rule filled as yours. As such, my rifle needs to be portable (not bolted to the bench), and fired manually. Weight is not an issue.
Barrel length....well, the cost and paperwork needed to get a barrel send here would mean that the longer it lasts the better. I cannot put a time span on it, but i would hope for at least 2000 to 4000 shots.
