Im thinking about putting together something a little different like a 6.5x55 Ackley improved or a .243 AI, Im not sure yet but my question is,who can give me a complete package of custom reamers and Dies altogether.Im thinking Pacific Tool and Gauge. Maybe you experienced men can advise me what to do.

Never known Kiff to make dies, but he does make a excellent reamer, and that can be used for the bullet seater if you choose to use a Wilson die.. A few fired cases sent to the sizing die guy of your choosing is your best bet.... Neil Jones---Al Warner do a good job at that... also lots of others I imagine.......

I had PT&G make my reamer based on 6.5x55 necked down and improved. Hornady made my dies from the reamer print. All of the above were great to deal with.

JGS in Oregon can build your reamers and I think dies. if not dies, then Hornady can and will make custom dies. You can also buy blank dies and have a gunsmith/machinist make your dies. Any good machinist should be able to work from plan specs to make dies from blanks.

I know that 243AI dies (and maybe 6.5 x 55)are available off the shelf so no need for custom work there. An interesting cartridge that I have and use in shooting at 1,000 yards is a .243AI reamer held .130 short for the chamber and a set of .243AI dies with .130 turned off the bottom for sizing and seating. I use 250 Savage brass for fireforming. I am shooting the 105 Berger VLD's at just over 3400 feet per second and ballistics put it inside a 6.5-284 at 1,000 yards. A very efficient little cartridge!
