Can a guy use the same redding comp die set for 6br & 22br?

Yes you can,all ya got to do is change the neck bushing.The seater is probably going to be a little sloppy though..

Just as a caution, a .22 BR will work in a 6 BR but NOT vice versa. The clearance around the neck in Redding Type S dies is too close to allow a 6 BR neck into the .22 BR die. For the same reason a 6 BR cannot be used to resize a 30 BR case.

Actually Redding says you can go one up on their dies and still get it done. I use a 6 BR S die for my 6.5BR and it works without problems.
