Load data is listed in the newest Hornady reloading manual. To form brass just neck down 6mm Rem and shoot (if you get the right neck size). Contact Lonnie Humell (sp?) at Hornady for detailed info. Lonnie has been shooting the 22-6mm competitively for some time. He also was more than happy to address my questions.
BTW, I choose a 22-250 AI over the 22-6mm Rem. Maybe the 22-6mm on the set back. I am pretty pleased with the 22-250AI.

I'm getting about 3700 fps with the Berger 70g bullets in my 22-6mm with a compressed load of H4831. Groups are well under an inch at 200 yards. Bought a box of 69g SMK's today at the gun show and plan to try them as well. Can barely wait until spring to see how it does on PD's.

I just picked up my 22/6mm Friday from Kevin Weaver. It has a 26 inch Pac-nor in a 1/14 twist barrel set to a Remington 721 action. I have a set of Redding dies which are supose to be here by the end of this month. I am hoping for a 60 grain bullet to break the 4000 feet/sec range with this. Will be preping brass today while it snows and blows outside.

I've got a 22-6mm rem in a 1 in 9" twist 30" kreiger on a ruger no. 1 varmit stainless laminate custom 2.5" fore end canjar set trigger one piece base and br style rings and muzzle brake. I got a set of redding FL and seater die for the chamber. It was my first varmit rig and is on it's second barrel same chambering. nothing like watching crows vaporized by a 75gr berger propelled to 3710fps
I know its not the part of the forum for WTS's but I've thought about letting go of the no. 1 to help fund an action for another build... the current barrel has 45 rnds thru it breaking it in with increasing shot/clean intervals. if anyone is interested at a custom for good buy let me know and I'll send a pic.
