Ok so I bought a Millet TRS-2. And I have to say that I am impressed thus far. Though I have only used it out to 300yrds so far. The optics are clear, as clear as my Burris Signature series 4-16. The mil-dotbar reticule is very similiar to the Leupold TMR reticule and makes ranging much speedier.
My only complaints are that it is difficult to find a 30mm scope ring that will allow the scope bell to clear without being an ungodly distance from the barrel. I finally settled on Burris extreme tactical rings<high> that place the bell about 1/2" from the barrel. <mediums where to low>. My last complaint is that when you use the turret locks, after you unlock the turrets the first couple of clicks feel soft. i.e not tactile like on other scopes. But in truth thats not really an issue if you don't use the locks and most folks probably would never notice.
All in all I say the Millet trs-1 and trs-2 scopes are well worth the money. As a side note all the new Millet TRS scopes now feature 1/4" moa adjustments and now have come up marks on the turrets for better tactically useful precision.
