Man you set that rifle up right. I am trying to head in that direction with my AR. Get that gun to the range with some match ammo and post how it did.

Took the Rifle to the range yesterday.

Did some testing.

A Brass Catcher is defiantly a NEED TO HAVE item.

I feel that the mesh one will get burned / melted unless it is made from Kevlar or something.

Just curious how you like the magpul stock. I have an AR-6 and was thinking about your stock but didn't want to spend the bucks without some feedback.
Thanks

Well I have never had one before but I can tell you this.... I like the options that this stock offers the shooter. I wish that I could have found one in Black but I had to take what I could find at the time.

Here are a couple of loads that work in this Rifle.

I am using Sierra 39 gr Blitzkings.

Remember... use this data at your own risk.... reduce loads 10% before using in your Rifle.

Nice Groups! What bullet(s) are you using?

I cannot speak to the bullets he is using, but I test fired his upper before I sent it to him and it did what they just about all do which is shoot a 5 shot group in a cluster that can be covered by a dime. The basic test fire load I used was 24 gr of N133, with a BR-4 primer and a Sierra 32 gr BlitzKing, about .010" off the lands (around 2.245" OAL).

I have to say, I have test fired a lot of these 20 Practical uppers for group and as a group they are very accurate - real fun to work with and shoot.
