What is the best way to remove the bent case mouths caused by an 223 automatic rifle.For reloading.

I have used a tapered alignment pin, the medium size that came with a pin punch set.

You could try a Lee Collet sizing die. The end of the decap rod is tapered. Neck sizes only so don`t need any lube.

Yup, Lee Collet die works great.
