Can you adjust the illumination level on a nightforce nxs?

None of mine do ...... they just turn on, and off....

Yes, they are. But it requires minor disassembly of the focus cap to get to the (very) small potentiometer to do so. The Nightforce owner's manual shows how (page 5). It's meant to be set and left alone for low-light usage only.

If my wife caught me reading a instruction manual i would never hear the end of it, so one of you guys read it and tell me what it says, and she'll never know..
