I have lost the whole left side of my keyboard.
If I press #1 I get #2, if I press #4 I get #5 ect..
Anybody else had this problem? I have had mine for about a year and a half with no problems. It's kinda a spendy item to go bust in a year and a half.

????????????

Tim, Not to worry, when you own RCBS equipment you only pay for it once in your lifetime. Call them, you may get lucky and they will send a call tag for it, sometimes they will. Larry in western Ky.

Larry,

I have to admit. I was very impressed with the one time I needed customer service with RCBS they came through with an A++.
I never fill out the warranty info card though I am hoping it doesn't bite me in the ass.
I will be on the phone with them Monday.

Mine was three years old and they replaced it for $45. I am not sure it is new or a refurbished. I sent mine back for the same reason. The key pad. This seems to be a common problem.

I have only used it once since I got the replacement.

It happend to me as well. I use mine in the garage where it can get fairly hot. I also use to leave it plugged in and on. This is when it started to happen. I turned it off for a couple of days and it returned to normal operation. I did call RCBS when I thought I was going to have to return it an recieved exellent CS.

I have a "Gun Room" behind the garage. It stays pretty cool all summer, although it has been a hot one up here the year.
I do keep it plugged in all the time. I did unplug it. I will check it out this weekend and see if it has changed.
