German...I understand the subsonic accuracy idea but my question is why is the high speed 22 ammo always more forgiving in the vertical for extreme distance shooting with the 22 rimfire? I have done a lot of group shooting over windflags on a protected range with known scope/rifle parings and at 100 to 300 meters the supersonic ammo always is superior to the subsonic and the problem is always the vertical. Windage seldom suffers with either of the ammos. This came as quite a surprise to me as I thought the opposite would be true. Regards... Gary
