For those who are interested in this line of scope, or have a scope on backorder with me, here is a very simple method to get current information if there is any, without emailing or calling. My ad, which I update daily(or at least try to)has a date in it,so you will know what you are reading is current. You can rest assured once I have information from my salesman that any of the SIII line is available to me, that information will be posted promply. The proposed delivery for the 10-50x56 is late DECEMBER. This info came from Alan at Sightron 09-28-09.
Ck my classified ad for inventory on hand and also the reticle choices for the 10-50X60. Thanks Larry in western Ky.

Received my 8-32 today as well. I feel good about this purchase, the value is worth the wait. I haven't heard anything negative about this scope, only positive. Looks super sharp. I will soon run it through its paces at a Palma/F-Class match. Thanks Larry, Tanner

This morning I called the NC office and they said either Fine Cross Hairs or 1/8" dot. Didn't expect to be here till Mid-December.

A customer called last week and asked me to order a SIII 3.5-10x44 LRMD for him. While I was online placing the order, I checked to see if the distributor had any of the SIII 6-24x50 LRMDs (been checking on this with some regularity snce purchasing my 1st LRMD last Feb.), and to my surprise, found them listed again. I added one to my order, placed it online, and then called to check availability. They had only four of them available, but according to the shipping invoice e-mail I received later, I've snagged one of them.

Beats me why Sightron doesn't get more of these things out - and start offering more reticle choices. The market's there - no question about that IMHO.
