Sisu: Yes, also to the windage top, and I do prefer the "all purpose", since it's used with forend widths from the narrow Ruger #1 ( approx. 1 3/4"), Hunter BR at 2 1/4", and the full width 3" benchrest McMillan "Edge". Upgraded a year ago when Sinclair first came out with the new design, and really like the adjustable forend stop (old design was not), the attached ratchet handled side plate screws, and of course, the windage top. All of the above refers to the "Sinclair Generation 11 All-Purpose Windage Rest", # 04-2750, right-handed. I spray the front bag with silicon, and a smooth forend slides like it's on roller bearings.
